Teachers Clubhouse (TCH)
 
This virtual Clubhouse is where we gather to discover what we didn’t know we didn’t know about Joe’s method and how we apply it to our bodies. Through practice, we will uncover ambiguities and explore how our guidance affects bodies differently. If you are looking to deepen your understanding and sharpen your teaching, step into this supportive learning space with Sandy and a community of like-minded teachers.
 
We will meet on Zoom and record each meeting, so even if you have a schedule conflict you won’t miss out.
 

This eight-week course will have limited enrollment, allowing each teacher to receive personal attention. Relevant topics will build upon each other from week to week.

SINGLE DROP-IN

We offer single drop-in visits for teachers who have completed at least one 8-week TCH course or have graduated from THE WORK™. Unfortunately, recordings are not available for review.

Graduate Independent Study Package

If you are looking for a graduate level offering that helps you make space for your personal practice and study, this is it! This carefully crafted package for teachers is designed to fit your busy schedules while providing you with good essential coursework for your growth as a teacher. The package includes: 

8 VP classes

2 Private lessons with Sandy 

8 Teachers Clubhouse Drop-ins

2 two-hour workshops

You can enjoy the benefits of the package for 90 days from the date of purchase. During this time window, you will have consistent meetings with Sandy to absorb and understand the coursework's information, while avoiding a substantial gap in your practice.

The Method

The Method is an invitation only program for teachers who have been studying regularly with Vintage Pilates and want more guidance and training in Joe’s method of Contrology. This program is a 2-5 year internship that includes private lessons, VP workouts, Teachers Clubhouses, monthly meetings, and Workshop Weekends. This program is an inquiry into Joe’s method – what it is and how to apply it in your practice and teaching. 

Policies

  • Cancellations: If a private lesson or VP workout is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full cost of the session is forfeited. Mat Course consultations must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled. Otherwise, that consultation will be forfeited. There are no cancellations for 8-week courses, however recordings are available if you should miss a meeting. The cancellation policies for Workshops and Camps are provided at the time of your booking. Please carefully read all policies before making your purchase.
  • We do not offer refunds. However, credit can be arranged to be used for other services.
  • Payment must be made in advance to secure your booking.
